For all returns please get in touch directly with The Wee Engraving Company by emailing us at info@theweeengravingcompany.co.uk. We will respond to your enquiry with the next steps and instructions on how to return your item.

Returns policy

Items that cannot be returned would be: Personalised engraved items.

If any products are damaged please let us know by emailing us at info@theweeengravingcompany.co.uk

All items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. This time frame shall be increased from August through to December where all items can be returned in January.

The original postage cost and all further costs incurred by The Wee Engraving Company is non refundable.  Postage back to us shall be covered at your own cost.  We advise you use a “Proof of postage” service.

All refunds are made at our discretion. We require all returns to be send back unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
